COMPETITION RULES

1. Entrants to the competition must be 18 or over.
2. Wholeman™ respects your rights to privacy and will only use your data for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. Unless otherwise stated with the competition only one entry will be accepted per person.
4. Each referral of a friend will constitute an extra entry into the prize draw. For example, 1 entry with no referrals will result in one entry into the prize draw, 1 entry with 5 referrals will result in 6 entries into the prize draw.
5. The prize draw will take place on 30th June 2008. The winner will be notified by email or telephone no later than 4th July 2008.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be posted in the past winners section of the site and prizes must be claimed within 28 days.
9. Prizes must be taken as stated or notified by Wholeman™ and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.
10. Wholeman does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
11. Entrants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for incorrectly completed entries or entries made fraudulently.
12. This competition is not open to Wholeman™ UK Ltd, its contractors or employees or to any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of the competition or their direct family members.
13. Prizes not taken up or exercised within three months of being notified of being won will be deemed to have been forfeited and Wholeman™ UK Ltd reserves the right to either offer the prize to another entrant or to re—offer the prize in any future competition.
14. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering a competition. Entrants will also be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by any extra rules that appear with the competition details.
15. The names of all winners will be published on the Site and winners agree to take part in any publicity as reasonably requested by Wholeman™ UK Ltd.
16. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
